Our micro 3D printing service provides fast and reliable support for your miniature polymer components. 10μm XY resolution is in our experience a great compromise between resolution and speed for precision parts in medical device and electronics applications. Eliminating tooling and machining reduces the lead time required to get your first parts - and you can test multiple designs in parallel.
Suitable for production
Micro 3D printing is a cost effective solution for small components in low and medium production volume, as several dozens or hundreds of parts can be included in a single batch. Absolute dimensional tolerances of +/- 50µm can be reliably met.
